Business360.CPA
Senior judgment.
Clear scope.
Practical execution.
A focused CPA firm for decisions that do not fit neatly into a checklist
Business360.CPA is a focused, senior-led firm that helps businesses, leaders and families work through financial complexity, cross-border requirements and important transitions. We deliberately maintain a limited client load so we can understand the situation, organize the work and bring the right level of professional judgment to each engagement.
Clients often come to us when several financial issues are connected to one important decision. Our role is to identify what matters, turn the moving pieces into a workable plan and—when the engagement calls for it—help carry that plan through to completion.
How We Work
- Senior involvement from fit and scope through planning, technical review and delivery.
- A collaborative team model that combines strategic judgment with disciplined execution.
- Clear communication about what is known, what must be verified and what happens next.
- Technology-enabled workflows that improve coordination without replacing professional judgment.
- Advice connected to execution: when implementation is within scope, we take ownership of the work and help get it done.
- Coordination with legal counsel, lenders, wealth advisors and other specialists when the situation requires it.
The result is not simply advice or a completed return, statement or report. It is a decision understood, work moved forward, a more reliable financial process and less of the burden resting on the client.
Experience That Matters
Our work spans owner-managed businesses, Canadian and United States tax matters, financial reporting, assurance, not-for-profit organizations and internationally connected businesses.
For matters requiring legal, customs or local-jurisdiction expertise, we work with the client’s existing professionals or help identify the appropriate specialist.
Our Team
Randy Lutic-Hotta
Founder & Engagement Partner | Dual-Qualified Canada–U.S. CPA
As a dual-qualified Canadian and U.S. CPA, Randy leads Business360.CPA’s client relationships and complex engagements. He is usually the first person involved in understanding the situation, identifying the real decision or risk, defining the scope and assembling a practical work plan. He remains involved through senior review, technical judgment and coordination with the client’s other advisors.
Randy is most effective when the issue does not belong in a single box—when tax, financial reporting, financing, business operations and stakeholder expectations must be considered together. He works with owners and organizational leaders at important points of change, helping them determine what matters, what must be verified and how the work should move forward.
Clients have described the value of this approach in practical terms: worries become a plan, cross-border obligations become coordinated, financial processes become more manageable, and owners regain time to focus on growth, investment or transition. Randy’s role is to keep the engagement directed toward that larger outcome while ensuring the technical work is properly planned and reviewed.

Annie Doan
ACCA | Engagement Director — Tax, Finance & Operations
Annie leads tax, financial reporting and operational consulting projects from detailed planning through day-to-day delivery. Working within the firm’s partner-reviewed engagement model, she translates the agreed scope into organized analysis, reliable financial information and practical action for the client.
Her work spans owner-managed business tax, financial reporting, fund accounting, assurance, CFO support and back-office improvement. She also helps clients strengthen workflows, organize records and reporting, and work through the operational issues that often sit behind a tax or accounting problem. This range is valuable when an organization needs both a technically sound result and a stronger way of operating—not simply a year-end product.
Before joining Business360.CPA, Annie gained broad international experience in public practice, outsourced accounting, fund administration and startup consulting. Her background includes senior accounting work with Grant Thornton in Vietnam, four years in fund-accounting management, financial reporting under IFRS and U.S. GAAP, and helping businesses establish or rebuild their accounting systems. She holds an MBA from University Canada West in addition to her ACCA designation.
Satoe Kira
CPA Candidate (Canada), CPA (USA) | Engagement Director — Cross-Border Tax & Accounting
Satoe leads Canadian and U.S. tax, accounting and related assurance projects for individuals and owner-managed businesses. She organizes the work, helps clients gather the right information, clarifies filing requirements and keeps connected personal and corporate matters moving in an orderly way.
Before joining Business360.CPA, Satoe built corporate accounting experience across several industries, including restaurants, electronic-component manufacturing and medical-equipment supply. That operating background helps her understand the records, deadlines and practical constraints behind the numbers.
Originally from Japan, Satoe works in English and Japanese and brings an international perspective to clients with connections to Canada, the United States and Japan. Her careful project leadership, follow-through and bilingual communication are especially helpful when tax and accounting obligations cross languages, entities or jurisdictions.
